On August 2, 2004, Kawasho Corporation (Securities Code Number: 8110), through a stock transfer, established JFE Shoji Holdings, Inc., and under the umbrella of the holding company, Kawasho Corporation makes a new start as the JFE Shoji Group.

At the same time as its establishment, JFE Shoji Holdings, Inc. was newly listed on the First Sections of the Tokyo and Osaka Stock Exchanges (Securities Code Number: 3332).
